Poor pizza
Ordered a large meat lovers pan pizza from the State Road 16 store in St Augustine,FL it was the worst pizza I've ever had. Hardly any sauce, what cheese there was was not even melted and the middle of the crust was almost raw. It will be the last time I will order pizza from Pizza Hut.

Missing money and order.
My partner placed an order of the Website worth £32.98 and as soon as she hit the order it sent her fund into a Pending status and took it from her bank account but they gave no confirmation by email and nothing shown on website to say order was confirmed. Rang the store and they said place the order again and see what happens but the money should bounce back to her in 24-48 hours and leaves her with no food for today. The service by the man on the phone was as expected he can't do anything to help but the fact that the company basically do not give a rubbish and takes the hard earned money of the people is wrong. If I could give them a 0 star review this would hit the mark completely. Pizza hut is a terrible company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Worst customer service EVER!!
Worst customer service EVER!!! They will hang up on you or just leave you on hold for 40 minutes or more. They don't even care if you call back & explain what happened. They screwed up my order last time & then they do that. They don't care & they never will. Order from somewhere else, because you won't get what you want here. This company is terrible!

Terrible customer service with no phone…
Terrible customer service with no phone number and incompetent staff. Poor and incomplete communication from the hut to Head Office/customer service after ordering and not getting our order, because all the items were out of stock. The driver turned up with the wrong items claiming the hut tried to call me but, they did not call and when I rang the manager to ask why none of what we ordered was being delivered and subs were being delivered - told: get a refund. Requested a refund via PH email only to get a dozen emails that got the amount wrong and tried to close the case on me under-refunded. Had to ring the local hut twice to get the full amount refunded. In the end it only got resolved because a good manager came on duty the next day who was efficient and corrected the previous refund amount by contacting customer service. All of this was avoidable with a phone call from the (incompetent) manager on duty the night before.

BAD PIZZA and BAD ATTITUDES
Ordered a Pizza online and went to pick it up after paying for it! Told the guy that the pizza was not what I ordered and that I would go into the store to correct the error. When we corrected the order, I was told that I needed to pay for the second pizza if I wanted it and I told them that it was their mistake and that I wanted it corrected and that I would not pay again. He called the manager who offered me a 20% discount, but I declined. I went home to get a copy of the order that I had placed and went back to Pizza Hut to show them that their pizza did not match the order and they said that only the mushrooms were missing. I asked them to remake it correctly and they refused. They threw the pizza into the trash and said I would get a refund but did not get a refund receipt or a note acknowledging that the pizza was returned and the refund would be forth coming. They again refused to correct their mistake and remake the pizza. THEY HAVE LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER - NEVER AGAIN.

Worst Pizza Hut in America
Pizza Hut Cottonwood AZ is the worst Pizza Hut in America (maybe the world). My pizza did not match order. Told the worker when I saw it but he said it was what I ordered. I went into the store to correct it but I was asked to pay for the second pizza which I refused. When home to get my online order and returned to show them that it was not what was ordered but they said that only the mushrooms were missing. I asked them to remake the order but they refused. They took the pizza back and threw it into the trashcan and said I would get a refund in about 3 days. I asked for a receipt or a signature to show that the pizza was returned and was told NO! What ever happened to "Customer Service" or "Pride in your work"? PIZZA HUT HAS LOST US AS CUSTOMERS FOREVER"!

Food was dry and not very good
The calzone was rock hard - there was no option to add more sauce to it. Pizza, even when asked to add more sauce wasn't any better.

Recommends this store!

Now I hate leaving 1 star reviews but…
Now I hate leaving 1 star reviews but this is justified. We went into pizza hut with our 2 younger children 2 and 7 years old who love pizza hut. We are here regularly. When we arrived the manager explained that they had ran out of stuffed crust for individual pizza and something else. We were still happy to order. Once seated and placed our order online it took the team 20 minutes to inform us the chicken pieces for starters were out of stock they did offer replacements but we weren't keen on the cheese balls or chicken wings. So the manager explained he would refund us for the starters which was fine by us. He apologised and we said its OK not his fault. Once the food arrived we asked a young girl if they had bbq sauce which she said yes just up there which we had to go get ourselves, but thought OK maybe just new. To then have a portion of chicken delivered to our table and manager said well please keep that for the confusion. As I bit into the chicken it looked picked for me then to look over at my daughter who picked up a piece too and hers was raw. We handed the chicken back and safe to say we will never be back at pizza hut.

Pizza Hut is a legitimate company, however, anytime a business is taken over by corporate America, the priorities are placed more entirely on streamlining, efficiency, and profitability. Quality becomes a non issue. The corporations know that their bovine consumers will largely accept whatever swill is placed in front of them, as long as there is a pretty face, a catchy tune, or a flashy commercial to tell them how great it is. Capitalism operates on supply and demand. Consumers set the standards, not the corporations. It is up to the consumers to maintain and demand high standards of the places they do business with. If they are willing to accept a substandard good or service, the business will waste no time providing it to them, thereby taking money out of their quality column and adding it to the profit column. We collectively reap what we collectively sow.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PizzaHut?

I couldn't find a number or email on the website. I had issues trying to get through with the number on the receipt. Google gave the correct number. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes before speaking to somebody. The customer service person was pleasant and professional.
